Description

The modernisation of this early 1900s 4-storey office building near Exmouth Market included significant spatial and servicing upgrades to the offices, ground floor reception area and other common parts. A new glazed rooftop pavilion creates additional floor space and provides the building with a landmark architectural feature.

This project was shortlisted for the Schueco Excellence Awards 2018.
