Description
Transformed to offer 15,250 sq ft of premium office space for GMS Estates, this tired 1980s structure in Covent Garden has undergone a thorough renovation. The extensive refurbishment preserved the original curved brick exterior while replacing a worn-out mansard with a modern glazed rooftop extension and an outdoor terrace. Geometric designs inspired by the building’s initial architect, Richard Seifert, embellish the ground floor and roof terrace, shaping the aesthetics of fixtures and furnishings throughout.
